Our home is currently being built!! How exciting is that?
On the other hand, the new ownership of the park we were dealing with decided that they were not willing to let the granddog could run out his rammies on a line, so that was that.
BUT. . . the office manager from our home’s dealership (on her day off!!) found what may be God’s answer to our situation. It is a small park, owner-operated, much more convenient for DH’s work and the dog is not an issue. He also said they have a zero tolerance for nonsense, which was welcome news, since this seems not the case here.
In other news, I have showered and shampooed, in hopes of picking up my new glasses (YAY!!) tomorrow! My eyes are so bad that TV is not fun (unless it’s Grey’s Anatomy, since I recognize the voices, LOL). After that, if I am up to it, I will accompany DH and DD28 to see the lot at the park!
So, my blogging is doing better but, my art today has been crocheting a catghan for a wonderful Facebook group called Wrapped In Love. They send the blankets and toys we make to shelters and rescues around the country. If you love cats and dogs and have wondered what you can do to help them, please look into joining us! Whether you sew, crochet, knit or love to fabric shop, we WIL find a way for you to help!!
Dawn Sokol, the founder of National Nonstop Journaling Month, reminds us that it is about fun, not putting pressure on ourselves. I have found myself derailed each day, trying to make a goal that “apparently” is unreachable right now. For tomorrow, I am hoping to do some coloring and crochet a few more rows!
